I was walking along the street when suddenly I heard a yell. It sounded like somebody was screaming their hearts out.
My first reaction was to turn around and see who is screaming, but I was surprised when I didn't see any human being. It was pretty weird because there was also a normal school day and besides children like me, there weren't any adults passing by on the way from school. It was a shock to see nobody. Following the sound, I saw in the bushes the source. Hidden on an old material, between small brenches I found it, it was a cat.
This cat had an orange colour and a tiger pattern. It was small. I recognised it was a female cat. These days being so cold I can't even imagine how this poor cat survived until now.
I went home and left the cat alone and told my parents about it.
The next day I was supposed to bring it home if I find it, but she was gone. My parents wanted to get her to the veterinarian and check if it has a chip in with the information of the owner and check for different diseases in case she is a stray cat to put her for adoption.
