I need a week to recover because I had a bike accident. Now I have to take care of me, of my health and I must be more careful. I must loose weight and I need to eat healthy. Before I had bad habits on eating junk food but now I eat more often vegetables it's more healthy. I know that my health is the most important. After recovering I will pay more attention when I'm riding my bike.
