I am a confident person,but sometimes it becomes difficult to me to talk in front of the people. I need time to find my ideas and to be able to express myself.
As an example, I am here to talk about me. It may seem easy, but describing yourself is one of the most difficult presentation. Because you know yourself well, but you do not know what the people will think about you after letting them know your personality. It can be hard to make the people like you in only 5 minutes. But if you know to choose your words you can make them love you in only 1 minute. You need to believe in yourself, in your idea, in your feelings and in your statements.
