From my point of view : It is real , but it depends .
To my mind : Take Simona Halep for example, she is beautiful inside and outside.
On one hand : It is true, beacause your inne-self IS beautiful.
On the other hand: It is NOT true beacause peapole may think that you are only beautiful on the outside.
In conclusion: It depends on the person you are talking about or ARE .
