I must inform you that the model of the ordered camera doesn't match with the model you sent to me. Here are the details: (scan of the invoice with the wrong model received from the retailer, 3 pictures with the package plus a screen capture with the order from the website). Because the mistake is yours I want to return the camera to you and get my money back, or the exact model I ordered. By paying online I have a right to return the product in 30 days so please be kind and help me.
